I have been photographing for commercial clients for the last 7 years. Over this time, more business and communications are moving online, Covid-19 just fast-tracked that - online life got real! Travel restrictions has meant that many of my clients customers are unable to get to them - resulting is less bookings, less sales and less interaction. For many, business has just stalled. I want to help my clients by providing them with quality products to showcase them, their business, products & services in the best way and to be able to continue connecting with their customers.
My solution? Introducing Immersive 3D Virtual Tours.
WHAT IS A VIRTUAL TOUR?
A Virtual Tour is a digitization of an existing location or space created using a combination of 360 views, video & stills images. Essentially, it is an online version of your property, venue, attraction or business premises.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A VIRTUAL TOUR?
A Virtual Tour will add value to your business whilst saving you time and money whilst giving your customers the convenience of access to your business at a time and place that suits them.
You can be open 24/7 to a wider clientbase that can access and engage anytime they want, regardless of geographical location, timezone or your office opening hours - you've just gone global.
They give you the ability to visit places without incurring travel and time costs.
You can help others - by providing people with the opportunity to previsualise a space or journey, you are making your business accessible to so many. Social distancing is likely to be around for a while yet, and although things will start to ease, there will be a section of your customerbase that are still cautious. You will be able to help them as well as those with physical disabilities, invisible injuries, anxiety or austism for example, to be able to visit you virtually, engage with you or plan their visit from the safety and comfort of their own home.
You can maximise opportunities - enabling prior access to you increases the chances that people you do meet face to face are already invested in you and your business.
HOW IS A 3D VIRTUAL TOUR DIFFERENT TO A 360 VIRTUAL TOUR?
A 3D Virtual Tour is a more bespoke, interactive and engaging tour for your customers, providing them with a much more immersive experience of your business with the highest possible image quality. This increases the time that they spend engaging with you, which ultimately leads to increased sales. Your clients or suppliers will be able to get a much better feel of your space and be able to visit time and time again, reducing the time that you may need to spend on site visits or in person viewings.
Not only will you have a 3D Model of your space that is accurate to within 1% that you can view from all angles, but you can build functionality on top of that.
Create immersive automatic 3D walk-thoughs to showcase your space and hightlight the exact areas of your space that you want to - incorporating floor plans, views from inside as well as dolls house views.
Add branding
Take accurate measurements
Generate schematic floorplans
Add virtual hotspots to provide the viewer with more information at that point - this can be audio, YouTube videos, pdfs, photo and links to other websites or sections within your own website.
All of this can be enjoyed by your viewer without the need to leave your website as you can simply embed the Virtual Tour into a webpage.
Your tour can also be integrated into Google Streetview Tour (not permitted for residential properties)
You can make your space viewable on Virtual Reality headsets
